its a ‘93, 240K miles, ran well (and still runs) but won’t go into gear. I’m thinking failed master or slave cylinder.

Nice ‘Teggy, it’d be a great DD-backup. Yeah, Miata’s use up slave cylinders over time. The 5-speed can be sold for about 200$ alone so there’s lots of potential profit if you part out the valuable bits.

Those were my thoughts as well, figure it’s worth it just for the parts. I can probably sell interior bits and stuff not required on a racecar and break zero on this guy as well.

If the gauge cluster hood isn’t broken, then it’s worth its weight in gold. They’re tragically fragile. The rear finish panel is an easy 100$+ if it isn’t cracked or warped. The only thing you might wanna do is sneak in a LSD from another NA.
